I'm always sending wips of my works.

I ask for some photographs; usually one main photo of the desired pose and, if possible, supplementary photos to ensure I capture the highest amount of detail.

I can refuse the commission.

no rush please, i don't finish commissions on a specific time! sometimes i can be late cuz the drawings takes time and i need to rest my hand a lot so it wont hurt , i also like to take my time so you can have a good result! but ofc i'll send u the progress!

You can not remove watermark from my artworks.

I don’t sell artworks without watermark.

Commissions not started are always available for full refunds. Once a commission is started, I will only refund money for work not completed.

You cannot alter/edit my works

Do not claim my art as yours.

You will be given 24 hours to pay after a sketch is shown or a quote is given. Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be re-purposed as a YCH.

It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Sometimes a payment will not fall through and I won't know about it. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I know I absolutely haven't received the payment - then the 24 hour payment term applies to you.

2 versions of the work, e.g. longer hair or other clothes. facial expressions. larger or smaller Will be charged extra.

If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:

Sketch: 90%

Line: 50%

Line and Flat Color: 0% (Unless shading was included in the commission, then 15%)

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

“Commercial use” means that the illustration WILL generate you some kind of profit, whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself, a Youtube channel, an online shop, game assets, etc.

♦ WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?

Level 1 - When the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product.

Examples; promotional material, CD cover, game assets, business cards, etc; including Patreon, Youtube, store assets...

In this case, the above prices are multiplied x2

Level 2 - When the artwork IS the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it.

Examples; body pillow, postcard, prints, merchandise, etc.

In this case, the above prices are multiplied x3

♦ WHAT IS NOT COMMERCIAL USE?

Using the artwork as an icon/avatar for non-profit sites (such as your personal DeviantArt or Twitter), using it as your phone/computer background, or printing it to decorate your room (single copy).
